Law Office Bekut was established in May 2021. As of September 2025, it consists of two equal partners.
Law Office Bekut provides legal assistance primarily in the areas of acquisition and protection of property rights for individuals and companies, as well as in the area of defence in criminal and regulatory offense proceedings (criminal, minor and commercial offense proceedings).
Effective legal assistance, alongside the characteristics of legality, expertise, and efficiency, must be supported by a solid understanding of the specific field in which it is provided, as well as knowledge of accounting and taxation.
A high-quality attorney-client relationship must be built on trust and transparency, with communication tailored to each client so they can make decisions in their best interest.

MILOŠ BEKUT LL.M.
Born in Novi Sad in 1993.
He graduated from the Grammar School “Isidora Sekulić” in Novi Sad in 2012, humanities-linguistics course.
He started his legal education at the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad, general legal studies, in 2012, and graduated in 2016 with an average grade of 9.60.
In the second semester of the studies, he won the first prize at the oratory competition organized by the faculty on a given topic. In the last semestre of the studies, he became a scholarship holder of the Fund for Young Talents of the Republic of Serbia “Dositeja”.
He completed his master’s studies at the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad in 2017.
Passed the state general bar exam in January 2021. Passed the attorney at law bar exam in March 2021.
From October 2016 to October 2018, he worked in the legal department of the largest IT company in the Republic of Serbia, Schneider Electric DMS NS ltd. Novi Sad, where he performed tasks related to the analysis of software license agreements of maximum complexity.
From October 2018 to October 2020, he worked as an apprentice at law in the renowned Law Office Stanivuković and Partners, where he performed tasks related to providing legal assistance, primarily in the field of commercial (business), contract and enforcement proceedings law.
Completed two programming courses at the “SmartInIT” school, an accounting course and training for a tax advisor.
He is fluent in English and speaks French.
Limanac, stoic, a black belt first dan judoka, a fan of martial arts, bachata and beer.

BORIS JARMINAC LL.B.
“Born in Novi Sad in 1993.
He graduated from the Grammar School „Svetozar Marković“ in Novi Sad.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad in January 2017.
From 2017 to 2019, he completed his traineeship as an attorney-at-law trainee at Law Office Ristić, where he gained practical experience in providing legal assistance and representing clients in civil, commercial, enforcement and criminal proceedings.
Passed the state general bar exam in November 2019 and the attorney at law bar exam in February
2020.
He was inscribed to the bar register of the Bar Association of Vojvodina in May 2020, and has been practicing independently since then. In September 2025, he joined Law Office Bekut.
He holds certificates for the defence and representation of minors in criminal proceedings.
He is a member of the Executive Board of the Novi Sad Branch of the Bar Association of Vojvodina and a delegate to the Assembly of the Bar Association of Serbia.
He represents the Bar Association of Vojvodina at international meetings of attorneys-at-law and has organised several international gatherings of legal professionals.
He continuously develops his professional expertise by keeping up with the latest legal literature, attending seminars and following developments in the judiciary and applicable legislation.
He speaks English and German and has a working knowledge of Hungarian.
